高重合度弧齿锥齿轮的性能分析与实验研究

摘要: 从提高弧齿锥齿轮的强度和降低噪声出发,借助于TCA和LTCA等计算机仿真方法,通过增大接触路径的倾斜度,提出了高重合度弧齿锥齿轮的设计方法。这种齿轮传动误差波动小,齿面载荷分布合理,啮合性能优良。通过切齿、齿根应力测试、噪声测量等对比实验,验证了高重合度弧齿锥齿轮设计方法的可行性,证明了这种齿轮在动态性能与强度性能方面均有优越之处。Abstract: Based on the simulation methods of TCA and LTCA,a new approach to the gear geometric surface design for increasing the contact ratio is proposed in the paper to supersede the traditional method which regards the contact path as being perpendicular to the root cone.We purpose to develop the design method for high contact ratio by means of sloping the contact path.The designed gear set has lower transmission error under load,reasonable load distribution and excellent meshing behavior.The experiments of the tooth root stress and noise testing have proved that the method is efficient for designing the high contact ratio gear set,and has some advantages of dynamic behavior and strength.
