变流向梯形通道内短扰流柱排的流量分配实验
Experimental Investigation on Flow in Pin-Fin Trapezoidal Duct

摘要: 为了深入了解涡轮叶片尾缘扰流柱区域的流动情况,对叶片内流工程计算程序进行验证,针对气流90°转弯全部从弦向流出的情况,通过实验测量了梯形通道短扰流柱排的端壁静压分布,以及各段弦向出流量沿叶片径向的变化。实验结果表明:(1)静压变化主要发生在弦向,尤其是在弦向出口附近静压变化剧烈,而沿径向静压变化不大。(2)在所研究的Re数范围内,靠近叶片根部和尖部的流量较大,而叶片中部的流量较小。(3)弦向出流量沿叶片径向的变化不超过30%。实验结果对涡轮叶片内部冷却计算具有重要的参考价值。Abstract: Experiments were conducted to determine the distribution of static pressure and lateral mass flow rate in a pin-fin trapezoidal duct that modeled the cooling passages in the gas turbine blades.The ratio of lateral-to-total flow rate was 1.The flow Reynolds numbers were varied from 1.5×104through 9×104.The results show that the pressure drops along chordwise passages are much larger than that along radials.The lateral flow rates near the root and the tip of the blade are larger than that in the middle part by 5%~30%.
