悬臂柔性转子动力特性及高速动平衡试验
Experimental Investigation on Dynamic Characteristics and High Speed Dynamic Balance of a Cantilever Flexible Rotor

摘要: 试验研究了装不同弹性支承和金属橡胶阻尼器(组合支承)的火箭发动机氧涡轮泵转子的动力特性,并对装优选出的组合支承的转子进行了高速动平衡及重复性考核试验。结果表明:悬臂柔性转子的动力特性可以通过支承的优化组合而得到改善,单面平衡技术大幅度减小了转子的动挠度和弹支的动应力,分解和重新装配所带来的装配不平衡不会实质性的影响转子原有的平衡状态。Abstract: More than 20 dynamic characteristic experiments of rocket engine oxygen turbopump rotor with different combination of elastic support and metal-rubber damper(combined bearing) were conducted.High speed dynamic balance and repeatability check experiments of the rotor were also conducted with an optimum combined bearing.The results show that the dynamic characteristics of cantilever flexible rotor can be improved by optimum combination of elastic support and metal-rubber damper.The dynamic deflection of the rotor and the dynamic stress of the elastic support can significantly be reduced by single plane high speed dynamic balance technique,and additional unbalance caused by disassembly and assembly will not materially destroy the original balance so long as the accuracy of balancing and the quality of assembly are ensured.
