有大预紧效应的多叶径向箔片轴承的分析

Analysis of the Multileaf Foil Journal Bearings with Large Preload Effect

  • 摘要: 针对有大预紧效应多叶径向箔片轴承的结构特点,通过引入辅助分析部件建立箔片轴承的非线性接触有限元仿真模型。在分析过程中通过改变作为刚性体的辅助部件和作为柔性体轴承部件之间的几何位置来模拟大预紧多叶箔片径向轴承的装配过程并最终求得箔片轴承中接触应力应变。将处理轴承间隙压力分布的控制方程-雷诺方程和非线性的接触求解过程耦合起来迭代求解,第一次对有大预紧效应的多叶箔片径向轴承进行了完全气弹耦合数值分析。
