三级轴流压气机变工况条件下导叶/静叶和转速联动的调节规律

摘要: 运用三维粘性流体分析技术,通过改变导叶和静叶角度的方式,对压气机在设计转速和非设计工况下的流动损失和失速裕度进行了分析,目的是研究在导叶和多级静叶安装角匹配时,压气机效率和稳定变化的趋势和特征,结果表明:导叶/静叶联调与压气机转速的变化有一定的对应关系,这一规律的探索,为实际运行的自适应调节方案设计提供了基本准则.Abstract: With the use of 3-D viscous flow analysis technology,this paper analyzed the separation losses and stall margin at design speed and off-design condition,by changing the angle of inlet guide vane and stator.In the event of matching of stagger angle between inlet guide vane and stator,the change tendency and characteristics of compressor efficiency and stall were investigated.It shows the linkage controlling scheme of vane-stator is related to rotating speed.The result provides a basic standard for scheme design of self-adaptive control in practice.
