小功率电弧加热发动机试验参数测试和精度分析
Working parameters measurement and precision analysis of ground experiment on arcjet thrusters

摘要: 建立了一套适用于小功率电弧加热发动机地面试验的计算机数据采集测试系统,叙述了发动机地面试验过程中各测量参数的测量原理、系统的软、硬件组成以及相关技术参数.对计算机数据采集测试系统各工作通道的测试精度进行了精度分析,给出典型的试验测试结果.分析结果表明,该套数据采集测试系统能准确测得小功率电弧加热发动机工作参数,解决了小功率电弧加热发动机地面试验参数测量过程中微小流量、微小推力测量的技术难题,反映出发动机地面试验状态,为深化展开发动机各项研究提供重要保障.Abstract: A data acquisition system was built to determine the characters and performance of lower power arcjet thrusters in the ground experiments.Testing principle of working parameters,composition of software and hardware of the system,correlative technical parameters of hardware were depicted in details.Measurement accuracy in working channels were analyzed.Typical testing results were also given.A conclusion can be drawn through the analysis that this data acquisition system can measure working parameters of thrusters accurately,especially obtain the micro mass flow rate and small thrust data,so that the ground experimental status is reflected really.This data acquisition system provides a test platform with reliability for further study on low power arcjet thrusters.
