Abstract:
The aero-engine with dual rotor was researched as an object,and a dual rotor-ball bearing-stator coupling dynamic model was established.In the model,the coupling effect of inter-rotor bearing between the low pressure rotor and high pressure rotor,or between the outer race of ball bearing and bearing housing,and between the flexible support and squeeze film damper,or the rub-impact between high pressure rotor and stator were considered.In the model of ball bearings,the clearance of bearing,the nonlinear Hertzian contract force between balls and races and the varying compliance vibration were considered.Then the numerical integral method was used to obtain the system's responses.Finally,the dynamic response analysis and verification of dual rotor-ball bearing-stator coupling system for aero-engine were carried out.
