阻尼器切向接触刚度的有限元分析及应用
Finite element analysis and application of friction damper tangential contact stiffness

摘要: 提出了一种利用有限单元法求解干摩擦阻尼器接触刚度的方法.利用该方法研究了接触面初始正压力、摩擦系数、阻尼器材料属性和阻尼器接触面半径等对接触刚度的影响规律,发现接触刚度随着这些参数的增大而变大.并通过曲线拟合得到了一定条件下接触刚度随接触面正压力变化的函数关系,为求解带阻尼器叶片非线性响应时实时准确考虑接触刚度随正压力的变化提供了方便.最后,利用所得刚度函数研究了接触刚度对带凸肩叶片非线性振动响应的影响,结果表明:随着接触刚度的增加,叶片峰值频率逐渐升高,振动峰值逐渐减小,且各自都逐渐趋于一个定值.Abstract: A convenient method was developed to estimate the tangential contact stiffness between dry friction dampers using the general finite element method(FEM) software.The influences of various parameters such as normal preload,friction coefficient,damper material properties and the radius of the cylinder damper etc on the contact stiffness were investigated in detail.The results show that,the contact stiffness improves with increase in these parameters.A formula of calculating the tangential contact stiffness for variable normal preload was obtained by fitting the results,making it more conveniently to take into account the variety of contact stiffness in calculating the nonlinear response of shrouded blade instantaneously.Eventually,influences of the contact stiffness on the shrouded blade nonlinear response were studied with the formula,the results indicate that,the resonant frequency of the blade increase and the peak amplitude decrease gradually with increase in the contact stiffness,and all of which are close to a fixed value respectively.
