摘要: 基于赫兹(Hertz)接触理论分析了陶瓷轴承滚珠直径对轴承刚度的影响规律,并以此作为微型涡喷发动机设计中调整临界转速的依据进行了实验验证.实验使用某微型涡喷发动机,分别以两组滚珠直径不同的陶瓷轴承为支撑,测取临界转速.结果证明,该方法可以改变转子临界转速,为微型涡喷发动机设计中调整临界转速提供了经验依据.Abstract: Based on Hertz contact theory,the influence of rolling-ball diameter of ceramic bearing on bearing stiffness was analyzed.By these laws,it's possible to tune rotor critical speed in design of micro turbine jet engine and verify it experimentally.Two groups of hybrid ceramic bearings were taken as rotor supports to measure the critical speed.It is proved that we can change rotor critical speed effectively by this method.And it also provides experience for changing critical speed in micro turbine jet engine design.
