Abstract:
Based on the traditional stress-strength interference model,and with consideration of the randomness of structural size of turbo-rotor,temperature stress,rotating speed,external loads and material strength,the reliability of the location with largest local stress for rotor was studied using integral stochastic finite element method and Gram-Charlier series method.The relative error between the result of this paper and the one of Monte-Carlo is very small,and the result is exact.To avoid a large quantity computation and slow calculation of the finite element method,while the random structural reliability of rotor was computed.
