涡轮转子随机结构的可靠性研究

摘要: 以传统的应力-强度干涉模型为基础,考虑了涡轮转子随机结构尺寸、温度应力、转速、外载荷和材料强度等参数的随机性,利用积分随机有限元和Gram-Charlier级数方法对转子局部应力最大处进行可靠性分析.该方法计算结果与Monte-Carlo仿真值比较,二者相对误差非常小,计算结果比较精确,既避免了有限元计算量大和速度慢的情况,又实现了转子随机结构的可靠性计算.Abstract: Based on the traditional stress-strength interference model,and with consideration of the randomness of structural size of turbo-rotor,temperature stress,rotating speed,external loads and material strength,the reliability of the location with largest local stress for rotor was studied using integral stochastic finite element method and Gram-Charlier series method.The relative error between the result of this paper and the one of Monte-Carlo is very small,and the result is exact.To avoid a large quantity computation and slow calculation of the finite element method,while the random structural reliability of rotor was computed.
