人字齿轮修形优化设计

摘要: 针对齿廓修形的特点,小轮齿廓采用三段修形.通过改变刀具切削刃的形状,以三段抛物线代替齿条的直线齿廓,推导出了刀具齿面方程.建立了人字齿轮啮合的坐标关系,进而提出了人字齿轮齿接触分析和承载接触分析的方法.以承载传动误差最小为目标函数,采用复形调优法进行优化,可以获得最佳修形优化参数.通过实例表明,在不考虑安装误差情况下优化后的结果与未优化相比仍可以明显降低轴线误差对承载传动误差的影响.最后,给出了小轮齿廓修形量的计算方法.Abstract: Based on the characteristic of tooth profile modification,the method of three segment modification for pinion profile was presented.Through changing the shape of cutter-edge,three-segment parabola was used to substitute for the linear profile,and cutter surface equation was deduced.Coordinate system for double helical gears meshing was built,and furthermore,tooth contact analysis and loaded contact analysis was proposed.By taking least transmission error as optimization goal and the optimization parameters were obtained by applying complex method.A case study shows that,in the case of axes error,the optimization results of profile and axial modification without consideration of axes error can still obviously reduce the loaded transmission error compared with no modification optimization.Finally,the calculation method of pinion profile modification was given.
