Abstract:
Combined with existing software and hardware resources,integrative simulation platform for aero-engine digital electronic control system,which mainly includes aeroengine model subsystem,signal simulation and processing subsystem,controller rapid prototyping subsystem was designed with modular approach.Aero-engine model subsystem acts as a numerical simulation platform that calls aero-engine mathematical model library and mechanical hydraulic actuator mathematical model library.Rapid prototyping subsystem for controller runs in Matlab/Simulink environment,in which control code encapsulated into S-Function module.As key techniques in platform software design,mixed programming and WINDOWS timer programming method were described in detail.Applying the platform to a turbofan control system researchment,numerical simulation,semi-physical simulation and bed test results are consistent.It shows the platform is feasible and effective in engineering.
