弧形燕尾榫结构设计及形状优化

摘要: 为了设计弧形燕尾榫结构,对弧形燕尾型榫及叶片/榫头连接部位的三角过渡段进行研究,设计一种新的叶根型线.在上述工作基础上,建立了叶根型线与榫头顶面的尺寸约束关系,利用ANSYS软件建立叶片/榫头参数化模型,并开展榫头结构及叶根型线的优化设计,结果表明优化后的新结构叶背处的应力为827.11MPa,比原结构下降6.51%;新结构的叶片/榫头质量为0.86942kg,比原结构下降1.85%;新结构叶背喉部、叶盆喉部、叶身的应力分布比较均匀,三者之间应力梯度较小.综上所述,优化后的叶根型线结构比原叶片/榫头结构叶根型线结构更好.Abstract: In order to design the structure of arc dovetail,and analyze arc dovetail and triangle transition structure in the joint of blade and dovetail,a new type of blade profile was designed.Based on aforementioned work,size constraint relations between the blade profile and dovetail's top face were built,the blade and dovetail's parameter model was created using ANSYS software,and the blade profile and dovetail's structure were optimized.The results indicate that the optimized back stress of the new structure is 827.11 MPa,down by 6.51% than the original structure;the quality of new structure of the blade/dovetail is 0.869 42 kg,down by 1.85% than the original structure;the distribution of stress is more uniform and stress gradient is smaller among dorsal throat,leaves basin throat and leaves body.On the whole,the blade profile of optimal blade and dovetail structure is better as compared with that of initial blade and dovetail structure.
