Data processing of blade's transient heat transfer experiment in short duration wind tunnel

  • 摘要: 对短周期风洞中叶栅瞬态换热实验的几种数据处理方法进行了研究,并确定了各方法的适用条件,对后续的实验具有指导意义.如果实验段流动建立稳态的时间同实验时间相比可以忽略,则传热系数可以按常数处理,否则应计算传热系数随时间变化的曲线;在叶片导热满足一维半无限大假设的条件下,脉冲响应法具有高效、快速的特点;直接进行二维非稳态热分析的方法限制条件最少,可用来处理所有情况的换热实验数据和验证其他方法的准确性.
