摘要: 对短周期风洞中叶栅瞬态换热实验的几种数据处理方法进行了研究,并确定了各方法的适用条件,对后续的实验具有指导意义.如果实验段流动建立稳态的时间同实验时间相比可以忽略,则传热系数可以按常数处理,否则应计算传热系数随时间变化的曲线;在叶片导热满足一维半无限大假设的条件下,脉冲响应法具有高效、快速的特点;直接进行二维非稳态热分析的方法限制条件最少,可用来处理所有情况的换热实验数据和验证其他方法的准确性.Abstract: Four data processing methods of blade's transient heat transfer experiment in short duration wind tunnel were studied in this paper,and the applicability of the methods were determined,showing guiding significance for the future experiments.If the time period of establishing steady flow in test section is negligible compared to the experimental time,the heat transfer coefficient can be treated as a constant,otherwise varying heat transfer coefficient curve versus time should be considered.The impulse response method based on one-dimensional and semi-infinite assumption is effective.The method of two-dimensional transient thermal analysis with least restrictive conditions can be used to handle all cases of heat transfer experimental data and verify the accuracy of other methods.
