某型无人直升机活塞式电喷发动机转速控制设计及试验
Speed control design and test for piston EFI engine of unmanned helicopter

摘要: 针对某型无人直升机活塞式电喷发动机的特性,结合无人直升机不同阶段对旋翼转速的要求,采用转速前馈与反馈比例控制模式对地面暖车转速进行控制.采用了转速前馈、负载前馈、转速变参与反馈PID(比例、积分、微分)控制结合的控制模式实现慢车转速到额定转速的有效过渡.额定工作转速的控制采用了转速前馈、负载前馈、自动配平、转速差前馈与反馈PID控制相结合的复合型控制策略,以保证发动机在额定工作状态下转速波动误差尽量减小,实现无人直升机动力关键部分的控制.通过地面试车台发动机开车试验表明,所采用的复合型控制策略能有效实现发动机恒转速控制.

Abstract: The engine speed in warm condition was controlled by feed-forward and proportional feedback according to the characteristics of electronic fuel injection (EFI) engine and the requirements of engine speed at different phases in unmanned helicopter.The smooth transition from low to normal speed condition was achieved by speed feed-forward,load feed-forward,speed parameter model and feedback PID(proportion,integration,differential).The normal speed was controlled by using the complex scheme of feed-forward,load-forward,auto-trim,difference of rotational speed feed-forward and PID feedback.It proves that the complex control scheme is effective to constant engine speed control by use of the engine ground test at drive simulation platform.-
