直升机传动系统疲劳定寿技术
Fatigue evaluation of helicopter transmission system

摘要: 通过对直升机传动系统关重件疲劳设计中各个工作项目的研究,论述了传动系统关重件疲劳设计方法,提出了一种传动系统齿轮疲劳评定的工作流程;通过对传动系统翻修间隔期(TBO)和外场放飞寿命的分析,提出了一种用于直升机传动系统全寿命期内的疲劳定寿技术,同时列出了定寿的基本内容和工作流程,对直升机传动系统的研制、使用、维护和定寿均有一定的理论指导和工程实践意义.Abstract: By studying various work items of helicopter transmission key parts fatigue design,the methodology of fatigue design of key parts was discussed.And a fatigue assessing process of transmission system gear was advanced.By investigating the time between overhaul (TBO) and flight life on the outfield of transmission system,a fatigue evaluation technology which can be used to the whole life of helicopter transmission was proposed.Besides,basic contents and process of the fatigue evaluation were both listed.The methodology described in this paper can give some theoretical guidance and engineering practical significance on the helicopter transmission research,use,maintenance,and fatigue evaluation.
