基于变形协调的行星轮系均载特性研究

Study on load sharing behavior of planetary gear train based on deformation compatibility

  • 摘要: 以2K-H行星齿轮传动系统为研究对象,根据整个系统构成功率流动闭环的特点,建立了系统的力矩平衡条件和变形协调条件,并运用当量啮合误差理论,计算了各个行星轮以及系统的均载系数.从静力学角度分析了各构件的制造误差、安装误差以及浮动对行星传动均载性能的影响.提出了一种新的算法,以供工程应用参考.
